Michael L. Mike grew up on a farm just outside of David City. He attended the University of Nebraska Kearney where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Currently, Mike holds the following registrations:

Mike and his wife, Laura, reside in David City. They have six children: Grace, Hannah, Ella, Jacob, Mary-Katherine and Elizabeth.
